FAB Master degree aims to provide necessary training to succeed in family business career, develop entrepreneurial mindset within professional context towards sustainability, and develop family business professionals. The learners will be oriented with different processes, tools and skills necessary to handle a family business effectively. The program is also aimed at learners seeking careers in family businesses, and individuals who want to build family businesses. On successful completion of Master’s program in Family Business Management, students will be able to develop leadership and management skills in family businesses, lead the successful ownership transfer to the next generation, evaluate the ways to solve the business problems to demonstrate planning, time and change management skills, and operate/start up new family businesses. Students are required to complete 48 credit hours that comprising of 12 credits for basic core courses, 15 credits for major courses, 9 credits for elective courses, and 12 credits for internship and research project or for research thesis.
